Crab
Crab is one of the most dangerous types of seafood to fish for in large quantities. People that fish for crab in large quantities are crab fishermen. These men an d women are often out at sea for weeks or months at a time.
Out of the many different species of crab, Dungeness is one of the most popular. Dungeness crab are highly sought after my fishermen and consumers. They are a large and delicious crab species.
Crab is sold fresh and frozen. It can be purchased in most food retail stores and seafood specialty shops. Crabs are often sold whole, however; some people choose to only buy crab legs.
