Seafood
Seafood is a healthy dinner dish. It is enjoyed by countless
people around the world. It is the one type of food that is commonly
eaten in most cultures and regions.
Some cultures enjoy raw seafood. This type of fish is referred to as
sushi. It is commonly served in Japan and other countries on the continent
of Asia. But it can also be found in restaurants in North America.
Out of all of the seafood that is consumed in the world some is fresh
and some is frozen. Frozen fish is commonly farmed fish, which is not
as healthy as fresh fish. But farmed fish can still be healthier than
other types of meat.
